oh ok, we really dont talk that much, lol!I was thinkin maybe I should look into doing something on the side like we had talked a bt before...but I dont know...i like spending time with the kids and so far im managing but i hate just managing ya know.
 
oh I totally know what you mean. Well when you get that class 4 you will get that wage increase, that would help a bit. I think it would be pretty hard to have another job while you are doing the graveyard, you are already so exhausted

Especially with having kids, extra funds will never go wasted.

Hey I just joined a boot camp starting on Monday.I checked out the one at the rec as drop in and it wasnt my cup of tea, or what I was expecting. Im not going alone, Im lucky enough to have a friend interested and she decided to be flexible with her availablity as when to go, so she can go with someone.She is actually my boss. LOL! Karen kept falkin out on me, which kept making me make more excuses and such and so now I am happy. Althought Karen and I are doing a weights class starting this sat morning.

Ive been ok, just unmotivated to exercise.I have my eating under control, actually im proud of it.Im not eating much however but I also havent been exercising.I just havent gotten back intot he swing of things with exercise.Very unmotivated.

Im glad you are back and focused, I just havent been around, lol...But im gonna try to post my food daily and exercise and go back to my goal of at least 3 hrs of exercise a week.Im getting really fluffy:(!

So I FINALLY JOINED A BOOT CAMP.I was getting the run around by my friend Karen.I just cant do anything with her that involves commitment.She just w9ont commit and we dont see eye to eye and stuff, we are at opposite ends of the fitness scale.Even though Karen is thinner than I am an weights alot less than me, Im in better shape, have more endurance and am healthier.I dont smoke and so on.

Karen and I are goign to A weight class starting this sat for 5 weeks.It is called Woman on Weights.And from here I am hoping tha ti can convince her that we can continue on and do the second and third classes and so on.

With registering for the bootcamp, im feeling a bit more remotivated.

I know the boot camp will definately help me get back on track and where I wanna be.

 
Food today so far

2 cups of pasta, bad I know but it is kinda like my dinner, I eat around 2am at work.

2 waffles with strawberries
coke

an apple sauce.

Im gonna try and start makin myself smoothies in the am and see if i cant start getting into drinking them.Plus it would be better for me than the caffine...and help me get vits and mins and more fruit and veg servings.

I think Im ready to go at this again.

Okay so posting daily not workin so much lol.I will start as now I am busy being active again.

I am starting boot camp tomorrow.We are going in the evening at 6pm, in the dark, outdoors and rain or shine, LOL...we will be attending 3 days a week for an hour.

On saturday I also started a weight class.So between my weight class and the bootcamp hopefully it will be enough to remotivated me and get me to focus again.

Starting tomorrow I will start posting my food agian.

It felt great to work out in the gym on Saturday!

Hey Cinder!! WAY TO GO ON BOOT CAMP GIRL! I've always wanted to do that at my gym, but I'm never available when they have them. I know several people who dropped inches fast in the first two weeks, so YOU GO and work it out!!!! Keep a positive mind set, and I agree you need the smoothies and better energy boosting foods. With all the boot camping, you need energy, energy, energy YEAH! I know if you stay focused you will start burning those calories. GOOD LUCK and I can't wait to find out how you do. later Gator

Boot Camp was good!It wasn't nearly as bad as I thoguht it would be...I really enjoyed it and can see myself doing it 5 days a week.That is my goal after my 4 weeks at 3 times a week to rejoin at 5 days a week for 4 weeks and by then I should be well on my way!

I also wanna make it my goal to start jogging.We jog every class at boot camp just a 1k...however I wanna make jogging become part of my fitness routine and to enjoy it and wanna do it outside of boot camp.

I was happy with myself fo rthe fact that i could do 44 push ups in 2 mins and that is with takin a breather here and there...not to shabby in my books considering I dont do push ups and hate them!

I could do 48 sit ups in 2 mins

Plank really sucked I could only hold it for 40 secs...how shameful, i use to do yoga lots!160 secs on my knees

I held a squat for 1min 20 secs


My 1 k jog was shameful but a start - 12mins 40 secs.I figured all in all I jogged half and walked half, so not to bad for a first time and only like my second time joggin.

My Measurments - HORRIBLE!LOL
Worse than Ithought they would be...

Right Bicep - 15 inches
Chest - 50 inches:(UGH
Abdomen - 48 inches
Hips - 53 inches HOLY CRAP:(
Right Thigh - 28 inches (im ok with that)
Calf - 17 inches (ok with that one as well and she complimented my calfs, LOL!)

So all this is a great starting point.Im excited agiana nd ready to do this!

a pizza pop

alfrado sauce
1 cup of brussel sprouts
a glass of milk

a cup of pepsi
water - 2.5 liters

exercise - 40 min walk - 60 mins boot camp
 
Good job on not eating any actual junk food. I have a SERIOUS problem with that. What is a pizza pop though?
