Ha ya he pissed me the fuck off, that wasn't even half of it, i forgot about going out to eat lunch with the girls, lol. I thought it would be nice to go out for lunch with both my girls and meet a friend who wasn't seen me or the girls for a while...Anyway, When Taneesha wasn't hitting me or yelling in my face she was barfing all over the place.LOL...It was truly a great day yesturday.

However though in teh evening the girls and I went to the courts and played tennis and that was nice:) We played for an hor and Taneesha actually joined in.
 
Ok so, my aunt asked me to rejoin Curves again, LOL...I quite over a year or so ago, i found it was boring me and such and i hadn't the time or energy to make it ina nd it was interefering in other activites i wanted to participate in. So i asked last night if she needed me to rejoin so she had someone to go with and motivation to get there, like an accountability partner...She said yes it would help her, she finds she doesn't make it a priority, so \i told her to find out how much it would cost for me to rejoin and I would consider it if she needed a partner. They have this cool new personal trainer type of system that tells you how hard you are working out and how many cals you are burning and so on, it sounds kinda cool.
 
OH and my weight finally dropped. I am down 4 lbs FINALLY *BIG SIGHS*!!! I went from 238 to 234.5...oh ok, well 3.5 lbs but still, this makes me happy, Im starting to look pretty good.Even though I am heavy im really starting to redefine my body and look decent.
 
WOW, excellent job losing some pounds. I bet that feels GREAT and after all your hard work you really deserve it. Keep it going woman!

Thanx C, hopefully I can...I mean with all the tennis \i do one would think, I could actually loose my diet isnt that bad.

I realize how important exercise is too me and how much I need it for stress release!

yea, I agree about how good excersize (and yard work) can be for stress and anger...i'm big on cleaning the house when i'm mad, lol What are you upset about???

I agree with the stress relief benefit of more exercise. I too have felt it, and it's so calming.

My whole day feels better after my workout. I need to keep at it! It's been a while since I've worked out consistently every week like I have been lately. I've noticed a change in my stress level for sure.

Girl you are so right. Maybe you could estimate your daily calories for 2 weeks and print out that and your daily exercise and then show all that to a doctor and ask him/her if that's normal.

Tennis?? Oh I'm so wanting to play tennis. I've had rackets and balls for years and have yet to step on a court. I need to find a partner already!!

The weights are getting easier, though not my favorite thing to do. It seems so mindless sometimes, but perhaps that is because I am usually watching TV when I do it. I should be watching my form!!

I have alot of endurance...no matter how little sleep I get I can always find energy to do what needs to be done.

Ten and a Half hours exercise? Did I read that right?? Holy cow girlie :).

Have a good one!

Lots of yard work at least half of that time is spent in the yard...plus I played tennis 3 times this week, usually it is only twice and i have been using my bike in the evenings.
