I just did my weights - 60 mins and damn it killed I guess with combo of all the shoveling snow today...Im doing 40 reps - 2 sets of 20 ...BLAH - ha ha ha

60 min weights??? It would take me about 3-4 days to do that much!!!

Ha Ha Ha - Im not sure if it is impressive but thanx - I usually do it for an hour...I just have a routine I follow...

I went to Yoga this morning it was so nice but brutual as well...she did shoulders and let me tell you - boy did they stretch...after all the snow shoveling it was well worth it - I was a pretty sore unit this mornign between the shoveling and the weights last night.
 
I bet you were sore!! Looks like the VDay challenge is going well for you :) I liked the pics you just posted, esp the sunset w/ the trees.

Thanx ladies:) SO i just shoveled snow for another hour...and went to yoga this am for 45 mins:)So my exercise is done for the day unless I feel like doing more later but I doubt it.I have a messy house to clean clean clean!!!
 
haha.. cleaning.. our number 1 job thats never finished besides taking care of the kiddos.. lol anyways glad to see the v-day challenge is going well for you. i was on a roll till i started school now i'm working my way back down to where i was last week if not lower.. hopefully the scale will be nice to me in the morning.. wishful thinking on my part. although it did show 231.2 this morning so better then last week which i didn't post since i haven't been getting online much.. anyways was hoping to get to chat more with you but you and i are both busy bee's.. so hope to see you online tomorrow..

Hey Heather - Im sorry - I was so tired last night...I cleaned till about 8 or so and then I sat downa nd watched some tv...had to of course spend some time with Taneesha cuz we all know I dont do enough of that *sarcasm*

Kaylea was on the comp all afternoon and night but I didnt care...she has been working so hard on studying...plus Taneesha crashed just before 10 so i put her to bed and layed to watch Law and Order and fell asleep - ha ha ha - Michelle woke me up at 1100 when she called...funny really

Ok so Taneesha has preschool this afternoon and that is all we have to do today...yes and nice:)I still have cleaning to do but it can be a relaxing day at home...and I need to decide if Im gonna go to the gym when she is in preschool...
 
go for it!! you know you'll feel so much better! You know, I might be getting back my old elliptical. I gave it to SIL and she's bored w/ it, so if I can talk someone into getting it for me, I'll be able to excersize "with you" !!
 
Hey Korrie - that would be cool - lol...I didnt go to the gym - my legs and thighs are so sore - Im guessing it is from all the shoveling...today sometime - I am gonna do my ball exercises and weights...maybe some yoga...I dunno something...

LOl don't you love the kiddies hogging the pc everynight all 3 of mine fight over MY computer darn webkinz lol and my son plays texas holdem.

Ha Ha Ha - ya - actually I was online using a strength training site for exercises...I read what you said in your diary and wanted to post quickly cuz I couldnt beleive you didnt think anyone would say anythign - silly girl - We all love you!!!Hopefully we can catch eachother online soon :)

45 mins core exercises...man oh man:)A nice change up from the weights:)

Well im very proud of myself for two reasons...Im in the biggest looser challenge and I made it to the individual phase:)and I just did a new dvd I bought...It is called Kick Box Yoga Fusion...It was fun and hard:)and it was 60 mins a gonna do 30 mns of regular Yoga to strtch out:)Yaaa me!!!
 
Your doing gr8 chicky and by the way CONGRATS on lasting in the BLC
I got the boot last week,and it got me down in the dumps for a sec then
I though about how much I lost during that time and it chippered me up lol!
I Hope you continue down the HAPPY TRAIL...Congrats on 5lbs gone:party:
