I'd say thats pretty darn good as well...lol. Thanks again for going in to work for me. You really are a life saver. Im looking forward to seeing dad, and yet a little worried about seeing him so confused and not well. I know it will be ok though.
We need to have an exercise / coffee date soon.

Aaawww - I think it is good you are going and I totally understand - trust me - and ya know me I have a hard time sayin no - ilove the house and the guys and all of you there...I just need to slow my life down a bit...just a wee...heeheehee
 
Hey Cerella... i see you have a handful of sickies on your hand... eww.. i hate when we all get sick. Kinda like we have been the last week or so.. haha i am sorry your feeling so bad. Hope things will get better soon. I start school on tuesday and am scared and excited all at the same time.. its weird cause i wanna go to school but am so used to being a stay at home mommy with my little one you know..

Ha Ha Ha - Korrie I was just thinking about that!!!I sleep on Saturday - LOL...

Ok so - I have been pretty deadly sick since Thursday...Even though I was sick i still went to water areobics...it wasnt so bad except it exhausted me - I was only expecting 45mins and it was 60 mins - oh well - ha ha ha...and since Friday I have been sick sick sick..man all of us!!!But we are finally on teh mend it seems...I am down 4 lbs since being sick - I dont reccommend it but hey I feel great now - good way to detox my ststem and now i have decided that since my body doesnt really need all those carbs and junk that im gonna be good good good.

I plan on attending the gym Wed and Fri mornings with a friend of mine at um *GULP* 6am and then still doing water areobics 3 - 4 times a week...between that and my two Yoga classes and everythign else I do I should start definately loosing weight:)

Im actually lookin forward to this...watch out guys here I come!!!
 
No kidding, watch out guys!!! We have to remember to be strong for each other. Im sorry to hear you were sick, but i am glad that you have gotten yourself into a healthy mode.
It was great meeting all 3 of you for coffee today, it was great that Kaylea came along.

Ya it really was nice - Ive had some great bonding with both the girls these pass few days - Kaylea as greed to do that Family Yoga class with me on Thursday nights LOL...Im gonna go tomorrow and see if it still has availability

Oh I should totally mention that like about a month ago maybe 3 weeks or so I gave up coffee...and most caffine...I have only been drinking Green Tea and I feel great better than ever...Im pattin myself on the back for that one:):):)!!!

Nice work on losing the caffeine! You are a better gal than me. I need my tea & the occasional Dr Pepper to make sure I stay out of prison. Some days I know there would be mass murders around here without it. ...like today....

Hope your day is going great! The family yoga sounds interesting. I think I would get ticked watching the kiddos.
 
Wow. Green tea is cool. Good for you, Cerella. I'm doing fine, getting active again and using fitday again since Jan 1. Was down 2 pounds today so that's four I've lost this month. Totally impressed with myself.

For exercise I've been walking mixing a little jogging in and going for an hour or so. I totally overdid it week 1 of January and shocked my system.

Hey at least our weather is not as bad as the rest of the country. Its frosty today.

I found out why I've been unable to wake up in the mornings for the last year or so and it was my medications. Thankfully my doctor has reduced one and I'm going to bed earlier so I'm starting to wake up earlier which is very pleasing to me. Its my forum time with coffee. I'm so glad to wake up with the sedation worn off in stead of having to lie around on the couch till 11 before I lift a finger.

That's my big news. I'm awake. Still adjusting but its starting to happen more and more.

I gained back ten of the twenty that I lost last year but hey I'm starting over with a net loss of ten pounds. Soon I'll be back at 180 and this time I'm gonna break through in to the 170s. Think I'll have enough stamina for that.

p.s.Your schedule is gruelling as ever. But you'll enjoy the exercise and I'm sure you'll start to lose again. Glad you're all feeling better and enjoying each other.

I know but Im happy:)If I cant handle it when I write it all out nd look at it - ha ha ha - sometimes im like no wonder Im so freakin tired all the time HEH.It is also the ages of my kiddos as well.

Im gonna work on what I se as my existing flaws and thenim totally gonna go and date.Im gonna go like stink with exercise and activity and once I get a little happier with my body Im gonna go a diferent route and start dating...ieieie...
 
So yesturday - Im proud of myself - I did alot and ate well - I walked the dog for 30 mins - it was a 2 mile walk...and it is hard to wqalk in the damn cold - lol...then I did 30 mins of yoga and 30 mins of ball exercises...and then i was pooped!!!Im still not 100% from being sick...

So Im frustrated - LOL...I dunno how some of you live where it is so damn cold all the time!!!We got all reay to go to Yoga this morning and the van dies - Im guessing it isnt liking this cold ass weather we are experiencing!!!But Im pissed cuz we missed Yoga - oh well - we will do Yoga here and go next week but stupid van!!!
 
I 'm with you , give me some comfy temps already!

Hope the van starts working right again. Maybe you could get a home yoga DVD to do whenever you can?
 
Oh ya we will do Yoga here - i have tons of vids and dvds...:)that was what I told my disappointed little girl - we can do Yoga at home:)

I forgot to mentioon I weighted in at 229 this am - :D:D:D

Thanx Tam Im feelin the same way...So I just did my 45 mins Yoga and Pilates...the pilates is hard, between my ball exercises yesturday and the pilates today - I sure do feel my legs:):):)
