I haven't touched a dumbbell in over three years up until about 3 weeks ago when I started my FBW routine. I've lost 2 inches on my waist so far, and on my way to a leaner body. It's not much, but here are the starter pics. I'll post update pics in a couple of weeks after I've made some more visual progress.
What I do:
FBW routine 3 times a week. Try to squeeze 4-6 meals in a day. Drink musclemilk PWO. Drink Ensure Plus daily for additional nutrient intake (replaces a meal.) Drink lots of water. Don't eat anything 2 hours before bed. Get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.
What I look like:
The body I'm trying to get, or somewhat similar:
Not too JACKED, but toned and lean. Oh I wouldn't mind actually being brad pitt either.
Any suggestions?
