3 weeks of no Liftin, what kind of muscle loss?

Hello,

During Dec 15, to about Jan 3 I will not be able to Weight lift in my gym. I will be away from home. I wont be able to keep a consistent diet.

I am planning on doing lunges, pushups, and plyometric stuff but I have no weights so no weight room excercises.
I was wondering, if with these circumstances will I lose all my muscle that I gained in my 6 months of work?

What will Happen?
Thanks

You won't lose all the muscle you gained, some muscle loss is expected but its nothing that will break you. Don't worry about it too much especially if you're doing pushups and plyos and whatever.

if diet is good, i would actually expect some gain in muscle mass if training before hand was good.
when i stopped lifting, it took around 4 weeks for any atrophy to occur.
i actually felt much stronger after 2 weeks and i bet i grew a bit. 3 weeks is nothing to raise concern as long as diet is good enough to support your current muscle mass.
feed them

LOL.......PB is all good...just messen---but he does look fricken pissed and ready to rip someones head clean off and crap down their neck. LOL.

thanks for the replies.
But as of diet, it wont be very clean and i would be eating under maitenance or on it. No extra. I will be at someone elses house so they dont really eat healthy. So umm I probably wont gain fat but i might lose a 1lb or so of muscle based on your notions.

PB is right and also if you just do some pushups and pullups, some crunches and some body weight squats to hit the majors then you definitely won't see any atrophy.

you guys are saying this with a good diet. What if I am not able to keep a clean diet. I might not be able to do it.

What will happen then?
