good job you do look like a different person i am hoping to get down to 160 ish this year i started this year off at 240 i am down to 195 it seems hard to get over this 195 but i was doing what you were
just staying under 1500 cals i haven't really did anything as far as exercise well i lied i do sit ups and push ups every night but thats not killing the weight but i think i will either have to start working out a bit or just cut cals down agin as long as no sodas it seems easy to stay under cal goal. Even dropping the weight i have i feel so much better. At 240 i dint really go out or do anything but now i lost all that weight i dont mind going to the beach even know i still have more to go it just makes you feel a lot better about yourself being more healthy. thanks for the inspiration
