I started the Beachbody programme "Chalean Extreme" today. Wow! It's intense but exactly what I need!
 
I missed my Chalean Extreme workout yesterday because I spent the guts of 7 HOURS clearing out and reorganising a room in my house! I was exhausted! I'm pretty sure I burned a lot of calories because I've been hungry all day today. Because of that, the regulation of my eating wasn't as good (I seemed to be grazing a lot of the day) but I still kept my choices healthy and didn't binge. Phew. Haha!

I had to do my weight workout at 10:30pm today because I had a super busy day. It's 11:12pm now and I'm just finished. Wow! I am 100% spent! Love it! I find weight training so empowering. It really keeps me motivated and on track in a way that I never was when I just did cardio!
 
Two more late night workouts done (cardio and strength) - 1 hour 45 minutes in total. Prior to starting the workouts I felt zapped of energy!! But I just got on with it! My motto when it comes to workouts: fake it til ya make it!!
