I'm 25, think I'm about 182 pounds and I'm only 5'4! I say "I think" because I haven't weighed myself!! I need to though, because I think it'd really spur me on to see pounds going! I would love to be around 130! What about you?
 
^ Pushed through and did the workout... very glad I did. :) Did about an hour cardio and 15 minutes strength! Feels good to start the weekend off right.
 
Did Turbo Fire Fire 45 class tonight. OHH BOYY! That workout is no joke. I was covered in sweat. My back was flooded. Haha

I'm glad I'm finally taking accountability, not accepting excuses and not giving up! It feels great to be in control finally. :)

It's funny how you try to make excuses to not workout... but if you actually get your butt to the gym you love it!
 
I got about 4 and a half hours sleep last night. I took an hour long nap after work but I am still tired! I think I'm going to listen to my body and postpone tonight's workout until tomorrow. I just don't phyiscally have the energy to do it! A little disappointed but these things happen and tomorrow's another day. :)

Thanks Irishprincess :) Not getting enough sleep really throws off my routine for the next day!

I have a HIIT workout to do tonight (HIIT 25). I'm strangely looking forward to it (lol) but will have to do it at around half 9! Can't miss Arsenal versus Everton. :D
 
Did the workout!! And some stretches afterwards. My legs were like jelly haha. Feels great to have it done! I've earned my sleep. :p

I did Turbo Fire Fire 45 EZ tonight..it was tough!! It was my first time doing this particular workout so I couldn't exactly give it all I've got (as there is a lot of choreography to learn!). I'm just glad I didn't give up! Yay! Haha

Some of my clothes are starting to feel looser, ie they feel like they fit now!! Thank God, as nearly everything I own was either too small or getting too tight two weeks ago!! I was sooo uncomfortable in every item of clothing I put on except baggy things that were too big for me. It's an awful feeling to feel uncomfy in everything, and feel yourself spiralling out of control! So glad I had the strength to stop the spiral. :)
 
I loved the feeling of my cloths fitting me better. It's an awesome feeling. And the same with working at. When your all done and your exhausted and can barley stand up. But at the end if it your saying to yourself. Yes I just did that. And them more you do it the better you get and the harder you push yourself. Keep going.
