2011 Journal

So, this past week has been off.....the weekend went to the dbl's horseshoe tournament and had clams, fish and BBQ pork.
For Mother's day, they REALLY wanted to take me out, so I ended up getting clams and poutine....so I'm up 3lbs.

I am disappointed in myself but not to the point where I'm falling into a slump and doing the "poor me" routine. I'm back on this morning.

Running club is today but I'm home with Olivia (croupy cough), so probably won't go. So, that just means something here at the house.

Feeling good.

This weekend is another "off" weekend...well, as off as I let it. A bunch are having a fish off at the bigstop (4wheeler stop in the woods) and a bunch are going to go 4wheeling...so I will have to either not drink, drink little and pack some food.

Oh, not to mention no exercise the day before since I'll be going on an all day class trip with the oldest.

Guess the busy life hasn't calmed down!

Olivia's birthday was Sat. turned out well.......lots of candy sent home with the kids!
No more parties to stress over...til dh's 50th the end of June!!
 
I am wondering if some of that is from salt intake too. Good job on getting right back and moving along :) I doubt the 3 pounds will even be there by next week. With summer coming along I think there will be lots of fun stuff to do and you can add in some extra calorie burning without trying too hard like hiking etc. Your weekend sounded like it was lots of fun though! Happy belated mothers day :)

Well, my confession is I didn't get back on track til yesterday..it wasn't that I ate bad, I just didn't exercise after not doing running club.

Yesterday however I ate right on, drank my water and had an awesome cardio class..it was REAL cardio, we worked up a wicked sweat. Felt goooood!

I have laser this morning so, hitting the treadmill in a few. Madi's playing softball with the Sr. girls today, so excited to go watch her. Hopefully, get a walk in after supper too...maybe..depends on what time we get back.

Not sure if my scale is off a little or not but it's going down, so that makes me very happy!!

Some could have very well be salt. Let's hope it was and that it's flushed out now!
 
Awesome on the scale going down!! :) Good job on keeping the eating on track though! I think exercise is lovely but without eating right it's a very big uphill battle. I'm glad the cardio went great though! Honestly sometimes right after a workout I feel so much cuter LOL crazy but as long as it makes you feel good ;)
 
Been super busy around here and don't see an end in sight until the end of June. So busy with the 2 schools.
The Jr. girls are having a casual practice tonight, the girls have a dbl header tomorrow at 1pm, dh has a dbl header at 6:30pm.
Tues. is my wi with SFL, then cardio, dh has a meeting. Might have to go to Dr. before cardio for depo..already behind on that.
Wed. dh has a meeting and ds has ball practice.
Thurs. is Zumba, I think the evening is free.
Friday and Sat. right now are up in the air..our 4-wheeler group is doing something...just not sure what day/night.

I'm currently at 206.4lbs....shot up to 212 the past 2 weeks...just not being consistant with the food and exercise....got back on track. Hoping to see atleast 204lbs by next weekend. Felt like I was in a funk for a bit.
 
Still up some...hate this maintaining crap..gotta get back on track 100%..my exercise has been lacking still.

Didn't go to weigh in today because I sat on a pencil last night and have to go to the Dr. I do NOT recommend it..it hurts like crazy!!

Eating good so far..cardio tonight...so let hope by this weekend I am where I need to be.
