Hi everyone.
Right now i'm 175 pounds at 5'6" and 33 years old. I am what people would called big boned and muscular. Just to give you an idea, in my teens i was actively a part of my national tennis team, training 5 days a week, and i weighed in at 150 pounds. 5 months ago i lost a baby at 5 months into the pregnancy, and am now ready to get back into shape.
Time is a very valuable resource for me, as i have a full time job and a 4 year old daughter, which keep me very busy. Finances are also limited, so that hinders gym membership a bit. I do have access to a treadmill and freeweights, and being that i live in the tropics, outdoor training is easy.
Please help me put together a programme whereby i can achieve a weightloss of 20 pounds by October.
