I'm doing horrible with food choices, haven't exercised in almost two weeks, and i'm back where i started weight wise again. And the wedding is in a month and a half!
In six weeks, if I could lose even just a pound a week, I would feel SO much better about myself.
SO - starting this morning, new plan.
1) 4-5 meals a day, 300 calories a piece... leftover calories can be used for dinner - b/c it tends to be our biggest meal of the day. Dessert days only three times a week (fifth meal those days)
2) exercise!!!!
3) drinking more water
today:
bkfst: no-fat yogurt and granola (265, 50)
kid's snack time - not planned: fruit bar (70,15)
packed lunch: triscuits (120,40) + tuna salad (90,7) + cheese stick (80,50) + carrots (35,0) + sugar-free jello (10,0)
afternoon snack: ff fig newton (200,0) + 3 sweet tarts (25,0)
dinner: saffron rice and chicken breast (267, 55) + green beans (50, 15)
total cals: 1212, 232

for dinner... we tend to use box or bag rice/pasta mixes... and so I used just one chicken breast, cooked it up, and then cut it into pieces and mixed it in... so its way easy to count portion sizes... just add everything up, divide the pot in three, divide the total calories by 3 - voila!
