Is anyone doing New Rules of Lifting Hypertrophy II? Ive been replacing the 2 x 25 sets with 4 x 10, in the belief that i should be shifting more weight, but want to know if i should give it a try?
Does anyone use 2 x 25? its a big chance when you're used to 5x6,3x12 and 4x8
