im a beginner and in the sticky at the top it says that 3 full body workouts a week is best. Why does my program suggest 2 times a week? is hgm a trusted program?

3 full body workouts a week is good because it gives you a day of rest in between each workout...pretty much giving you a great workout/rest ratio. I don't know why they suggest 2 days a week

Im definently not out of shape and i think my body can take a beating and recover fast from it.

You may find yourself in deep.
Start with two for a couple weeks. See how you feel.
