Thanks! And I did it with calorie restriction (1200-1300 per day) and exercise. I do 1 hr of cardio 4 days a week (Turbo Jam, Tae Bo) and 1 hr of strength training twice a week (Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs). I'm pretty diligent, very rarely missing a day of exercise.

Everytime I look at your pictures I'm amazed all over again!!!!! Great work, Peach! Was it hard to keep your calories so low and still have enough energy for intense workouts? I think I would drop like a fly only having 1200 cal a day. It obviously has worked for you though! .....amazing!
