191 to 130, Before, Middle, Almost After (still have 10 to go)

Thanks for sharing what you are doing. I can see you are very dedicated and it shows. I need to bump my cardio a bit more and I will as I can see from you just how much it makes a difference. Keep up the good work and don't sweat that last 10 you look awesome!
 
Wow! Seeing the progress you have made so far... simply amazing! You look fantastic. I hope you are happy with your progress, because it is something to be very proud of.

Don't worry about losing the boobage... I'm actually pleased mine have gotten smaller. They were just getting in the way. Now I'll be able to go get those cute lacy bras at places like Victoria's Secret. :cool:

Thanks! And I did it with calorie restriction (1200-1300 per day) and exercise. I do 1 hr of cardio 4 days a week (Turbo Jam, Tae Bo) and 1 hr of strength training twice a week (Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs). I'm pretty diligent, very rarely missing a day of exercise.

Firstly a huge congrats... you look phenomenal!

Secondly, take this as a lesson everyone else struggling with consistency. Consistency is without a doubt the most important factor in all this. Enough small steps total complete transformation.

Is that the calorie intake you stuck with since the beginning?

Everytime I look at your pictures I'm amazed all over again!!!!! Great work, Peach! Was it hard to keep your calories so low and still have enough energy for intense workouts? I think I would drop like a fly only having 1200 cal a day. It obviously has worked for you though! .....amazing!

I drink a lot of liquids during the day to keep from feeling hungry. And the energy thing isn't really a problem anymore. Now that I weigh less, my body needs less calories than it did before, so 1200-1300 is actually rather ideal for me to safely burn fat.
