130's Club

The previous week wasn't good at all for my project. I gained weight, i'm at 135.8 lbs now. This week i sould return around 130's again. We 'll see!
 
The previous week was somehow good. I dropped weight under 135 lbs near 133 lbs but i am still away from 130 lbs. And the other thing is that i can't consider this lost as permanent as my weight fluctuates a lot if i don't take care a lot of my diet. And as the summer vacations are near i have always to think not changing a lot of my diet program and leave myself without a diet. I feel nervous about summer vacations in the matter that i couldn't follow diet.So i have in my plans going to gym as much as i can so as not leave myself without program.
 
Today i am near 130 lbs just 1 pound more. I am very pleased at least for now. I think it will fluctuate during the day because yesterday i had a lot to do and i didn't really eat proper lunch only some snacks. I avoided the food at night so at the morning the result was very satisfactory. I 'll try today to maintain this but i 'll eat a lunch at least light. I 'll see tomorrow if the satisfactory result remains.
 
138.5 today. I have returned from holidays where i left diet for a lot of days so now i think i start again from the beginning. I should drop weight at least at 135 these days

Today i am in the middle of this club. I just wonder if the next days i will go up or down the scale of this club. I 'll try to go down although it's a little hard now.
 
I am still at 134 lbs with a lot of effort with diet and gym.It seems that i can't go down of this limit. However i still try to eat healthy and going to the gym.
 
I have been away for so long, lucking still in the 130's club and not any higher! 138.6 today before my first run in about 7/8 months.
 
I'm now in the 130's club !
The number on the scale yesterday morning : 139,4. I will continue my weight loss to reach the 120's club :)

I'm currently 134,4. I'm getting near out of the 130's club, I'm very happy ^^
 
Today i saw in my weight scales the 138.9 that i have a lot of time to see it. While i try to leave this club for the 120's club i just hit the opposite result. I feel disappointed, i have to take action immediately to direct myself to the right direction.
 
I would like to join this club during a week time. Now I am at 142.2 and i would like to lose these extra pounds so as to be in this club.
 
Just broke out of the 140's club, searched around and couldn't find a 130's! Hoping to stay here or join the 120's club eventually!
I just the 120 club! I am feeling the best I ever and finally found a healthy way to lose. I also try to exercise and do yoga regularly. I just finished a 6 day challenge and found a new community of like-minded people. I am now helping others do the same.
 
Dusting off this old club to see if anyone else is out there in it or trying to get in?? I imagine it's mostly ladies working on this range and I'd love to connect! :beerchug: I'm hoping to get there in the next 2 weeks, 142.4lbs now!

I am just in this club and i hope to stay here. 139lbs today! Although i think it will fluctuate a lot, i 'll try to stay here.
