Well I was right a few weeks ago, I did gain about 5kg, I was at 135.2kg, and as of yesterday I'm back to 132.6kg, so not a long way off of where I was. I've been sick the last few days and haven't been eating much, which I'm sure has contributed to my loss, but hey, at the moment I'll take anything!
I made up a little calendar and have decided to make little goals each week that I can tick off each day on the calendar. Last week it was simply to track my calories, this week it is to stick to my calories and track them. At the end of 28 days if I have ticked off every day then I will get a reward. My first reward is a cut and colour of my hair which I'm super excited about - definitely good motivation for me at the moment.
Things in life are going ok. I didn't end up finding another job, so I'm going back to uni and will graduate at the end of the year
I'm also undertaking a short course in Occupation Health and Safety which I'm excited about doing, but it just means that I'm going to be super super busy for the first 6 months of this year!
