Food yesterday
Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal with protein powder
Snack: Protein shake (1/2 scoop), 1/3 cup of raw almonds, banana
Lunch: Tuna & alfalfa sprouts on a whole wheat wrap, large baby spinach salad with olive/flax oil & balsamic vinegar
Snack: Cottage cheese & baby carrots
Late afternoon: Black bean, lentil & mixed bean salad
Evening: (after karate) Sole filets with red peppers over basmati rice. Then I was still hungry and I hate a large amount of nachos and salsa.
Had a pretty good wokout last night, likely going again tonight.
