Hi Members,
Thats it ! I am loosing 16 kiloes in 100 Days. I have worked it out. I will post the food I eat here on a daily basis & the exercises I do.
I will post my before & After pictures on the 100th day!
With notes : which would include my struggles.

....SO hopefully I WILL be able to have at least SASHIMI only and GREEN BEER! But RUNNING...I hope to aspire to keep it up and GO everyday...9 miles 3 days, and 5 miles for 4 days!
