100 Days Challenge Diary

Hi Members,

Thats it ! I am loosing 16 kiloes in 100 Days. I have worked it out. I will post the food I eat here on a daily basis & the exercises I do.

I will post my before & After pictures on the 100th day!

With notes : which would include my struggles.

99 Days to go

This was my first day,

Breakfast (10:00 AM)

Sugarless coffee with little milk
1/4 cabbage chopped and boiled, added chiili, coriander & curry poweder.

Lunch (4:00 PM)

Baked Tasmanian Salman with 2 small onions, beans & 1 tsp tomato ketchup & 1 tsp Tartar sauce.

Dinner ( 8:30 PM)

Vodka with Diet Lemonade.
6 Ginger buscuits.
3 oilless Papadam.

Notes: After drinking Vodka I lost control over eating, I ended up eating 6 buscuits while I actualy wanted to eat just 2 buscuits.

Well had water frequently but have to increase intake into 3 litres.

99 Days more to gooo.....

Hahaha....GOOD JOB though! :) YOU crack me Up SAM :)...that SAME thing HAppens TO ME WHEN i DRINK OOOH BOY....I just get HUNGRIER & then YUP like you said LOST control!....WELL, as for me, we are kind of starting together because I definitely want to see some results in 100 days too :)....I ran 9 miles Yesterday, GOING to run 5 today...and then HOPEFULLY will be able to control my cravings at the SUSHI bar...ST. PATTY's DAY TODAY ya KNOW!:cheers2:....SO hopefully I WILL be able to have at least SASHIMI only and GREEN BEER! But RUNNING...I hope to aspire to keep it up and GO everyday...9 miles 3 days, and 5 miles for 4 days! :coolgleamA:

BreakFast (11:00 AM)

Sprouts and Indian Spices boiled and had it with a slice of bread

Lunch (3:00 PM)

1/4 Cantalope Melon

Snacks ( 4:30 PM)

2 Buscuits

Dinner (8:30 PM)

Vodka & Diet Lemonade
Roasted 1 piece Chicken Breast
Roasted Mushrooms
with Chinese Chilli sauce

Note: Well after drinking vodka, I again lost control and ended up eating 4 Ginger buscuits....

I am yet not exercises ( hopefuly tomorow morning).

It looks like you may want to drop the vodka out of your diet if you continue to splurge on food. Limit it at the least. Dont take offense, but if you plan on losing weight, you have to control your urges, and alcohol is only going to slow the fat process down.

I am yet not exercises ( hopefuly tomorow morning).
No hopefully - put it on your schedule and do it..

You make time to brush your teeth, take a shower, etc... make the time to exercise...
 
Another quick question....Is your 100 day challenge a plan to push yourself, or are you going to continue after 100 days. To lose 16 kiloes you have to be losing 2+ pounds a week in 100 days to reach your goal. I'm just wondering.

hi All,

Breakfast -)

1/4 chopped cabbage, 2 small onions, red gram, garlic , coriander powder, tamrind juice & a little Chiili powder - yum soup
1 Lebanese Pitta bread

Lunch -)
2 Ginger buscuits
1 Chicken Curry Puff

Dinner -)
1 packet Noodles + 2 eggs All fried together with sweet chili sauce

Vodka ( I drank again today & ended up eating 4 ginger buscuits & 1 Plum fruit)

NOTE : I felt very Energitic today. I was very active & alert & felt I was bursting with energy. Felt quite light !
Still got to start exercising. Might be Tomorow.

Maleficent = Your advice might just kick start me tomorow. I will keep you posted. Tx for that push.

Trevor = Its to loose 16 kiloes in 100 Days. Can I? .. I think I will.

1 cup coffee, 2 ginger buscuits

Gram sprouts boiled with spices + 1 Pita lebanese Bread

Snacks -)

2 Papadams + 1 spoon curds + 2 small onions

Dinner -)

1 big chicken Breast Curry
Little portion of rice
2 plum fruits
Vodka (!)

Exercises = Yes I exercised today. 1 hour Walk !

Note: I am waiting to check my weight the end of this week.
