Ladies and Gentleman.... 60.9!!!
The yesterday run was worth it!
Anyway while I was running I got a bit demotivated. At some point a totally fit girl ran bypass me. She seemed so agile and fit and strong and fast and light. Then I looked at myself. I felt damn slow and heavy. I felt like an hyppo with all the fat I need to carry around. I felt I shuould stop and walk home because I will never get as fit and agile as her. I thought of a video I watched yesterday with me on it... me wrapped in my thick layer of fat. It was from April. Will i ever be fit? Looking at that video just made me think that I have always been fat and probably no matter what, I will always be.
Now it's over 1 month I have been going running everyday and I know the process is slow and I am little by little meeting my goals (I set myself weekly goals that I complete every monday, they are realistic and so far I have reached all the goals I set). But yesterday, when I saw that girl, it just came to my mind that I am not like her... I am "the fat one", why don't accept it?
I was scared by those thoughts. I know those are the kind of thoughts that could make me give up and I don't want. I am so scared of giving up and give up the hope of being proud of what I see in the mirror.
I will continue, but yesterday my motivation shaked. I cannot allow that to happen anymore!

Yay for 60.9!!! And you know what? That fit girl was probably fat once. I'm so close to you in weight and height we should do a challenge of some kind !
It would be fun and keep us motivated :) What do you say? x

Do you believe me, if I say I really cannot wait to break the 50es?? The last time I saw my weight starting with a 5 was probably 10 years ago... GOSH! But before dreaming of entering the 50es I have to stabilize my weight at 60 :) So I keep those fantasies under control not to be unrealistic and demotivate myself.

Are we really so close in weight and height? Cool!! May I ask how much? I did not find the information in your diary. If you don't want to say it's fine as well! Those are just numbers afterall.

YES, I would be thrilled of having a challenge!! In general I am a very competitive person :p So participate to a "real challenge" would bust my motivation SO much! Just tell me when and what to do!! :coolgleamA:

I'm sorry I can't say my height and weight but we are close :) I'm not sure what the challenge should be.. I'll brainstorm today :)

You don't have a scale Muffin? :p Or you're just a shy being :Angel_anim: know that we all support you here, nothing to be afraid of, but it's still up to you !

@Little_star : 50's is possible to reach, keep up the good work !

@CloudyMuffin: It's ok! :) It is not important!! Waiting for ideas. I will try to brainstorm for some challenges as well!!

@Benny Bent: Yes! the 50-numebers will come!! I am very determinated on that!

I wondered if I could steal you your idea of noting in my sig the weight reached? ( ex : [X]68 - [X]65 - [X]62 - []60 - )

Of course you can! :)
I actually was inspired by something I saw on some weight-loss blogs, so the "original idea" is not even totally mine! :D
They keep track of each kilo lost, but I made "mini-goals" and I think the idea is working greatly with me, so that I have shorter and more realistic goals to reach than I used to! :hurray:

I found an 1000 calorie burning workout o_o its 1h 23m long... That would be a huuuuuge challenge for me. What do you say? :)

Oh wow... that's a hell of a workout then.
What kind it is? Can I have a look at it? Can it be done from home? Does it need some special kind of equipment? And how the challenge would be? One time thing, or we would need to repeat it for... let's say few weeks?

I just read you shouldn't do HIT everyday.. maybe we should give my suggestion a pass :)
Well how about just a challenge on who can lose more in a certain time. Unoriginal but still good :biggrinjester:

I actually liked the idea of doing some kind of same exercises together and I was trilled with the idea of a 1hour intentive training.

I think, if it burns 1000 Kcal it means it is REALLY intensive, so I took as implied we cannot do it everday. But we could do it... like twice a week for... let's say 4 weeks? I have found some interesting workout exercises on youtube, were you don't really need any equipment. The one I liked the most had weights at some point, but I think if you don't have you could use some bottles filled with water. If you are still interested in something like this. If not, it would be ok for me the challenge of who loses the most weight in a certain time as well.

All right!
Now I go for my daily run, when I come back I will look on youtube some suitable workout that takes about 1 hour and burn about 1000 Kcal :)
I'll keep you posted!

Comments on the worouts:
1. Wow, it was thougher than I thought. I hated the last abs exercises... but I enjoyed very much all the cardio. I think it's because in a way with the running I am used to the cardio. The exercises on the other hand made me use muscles that I haven't used in ages. It would have been hard to guess, but this 30 minutes exercise made me sweat more than the runs... It means I have a lot of work ahead of me.
2. It went much better today. The first round I did without problem. The abs started to be tired during the second round, but I still managed to do all the exercises.
3. Done it. I think I am slightly improving. Doesn't mean I am getting better :p heheh. I just can control my muscles and movements better. The one exercise that kills me is Flutter Kicks. Damn, should work more on that.
4.Aaaand we are half way. I have the feeling it is becoming easier... I guess.
5. This week I have been superbusy, so I saved the weekend for the challenge (Had totally no strenght during the week). It went fine today. I can controll my abs muscles much more now. I am already thinking what exercises I will do once this challenge is over.
6. I forgot to update this one. I did it last weekend.
7. Done. One left to win the challenge!!! :)
8.
