1 Week at the gym

Im 16, 5ft 10, 11 stone and ive been going to the gym for 1 week and lost some weight as i used to be just over 11 stone.

havent a clue what my body fat % is, but i know i am not skinny but surely im not "FAT" i just have a bit of fat? lol

Just started an 8 week bulking program made by a trainer at the gym. Do i need to loose some more weight first?

Also what should i eat? and is there anything special i should eat before and after my gym sessions? not really got the money for buying protien mixes at the moment.

i'd say by the looks of it, you look good to go. A person of your build is made for bulking.. you should feel fortunate that you dont have a 400mph metabolism.

Yea that's a good difference mate..second bicep pic i can slightly see your triceps are gaining too, as well as the forearm..you've got to keep going..just picture walking on a beach and babes are like 'omg, he must be from the Baywatch cast'. Lol..or you can make up your own fantasies...anything to keep you grinding out the last hard reps..BE AN ANIMAL!!!...and good luck

oh no, i thought the progress was from the gym. I found out it was from excessive masterbating at high speed. lol
