1 month progress pics. From 190 pounds to 183 pounds. Still got ways to go. The first pic I predict myself at 20% bodyfat, now I would say I am 16-17%. Pretty confident I lost no muscle; My Squat and Military press have been flying. Eating maintenance this week because I am taking a week off from lifting. O and I cleaned my mirror this time
