1 Month Cut Progress- Overall happy

1 month progress pics. From 190 pounds to 183 pounds. Still got ways to go. The first pic I predict myself at 20% bodyfat, now I would say I am 16-17%. Pretty confident I lost no muscle; My Squat and Military press have been flying. Eating maintenance this week because I am taking a week off from lifting. O and I cleaned my mirror this time :)

Current Weight: 187.8
Total Loss: +4.8

Waistline Now: 33"

No clue, lol. I gained 4.8 pounds (which is impossible; thats 16,800 calories over maintenance) but I lost an inch off my waist.

LOTS of waterweight; plus I had a good deal of carbs yesterday because it was my lowerbody day; had something to do with this.

Diet was bad this week; didn't get enough protein, too much carbs, and meals were never planned. With football practice last week I didn't really seem to care. This will be my last week of school so hopefully I can get the ball rolling again.
 
Haven't been cutting because I have been doing smolov junior and I have actually been eating alot since its a planned overreaching period; but I haven't gained any weight. I'm still hovering around 183-185; my previous weight. Will post pics on the 20th.
