Don't try this at home

You guys... [palm/face...head shake]. Is it just a late night in a hotel or have your journals gotten weird? Hmm, I am pretty sure I have a Loreal date to attend.

And apologies if this comment seemed judgemental - not my intent at all! I grew up in a community totally dominated by a religion that is often considered a cult - left me with a decidely skewed view of religion and I avoid the topic and all religion as completely as I can.

BTW - voting for the bro-love pic which I liked very much! I'm thinking a pic can be created that blends the deadlifts of Tony, Ryan and Justin for a serious study of the anatomy of possibilities.

Late night in a hotel considering shoving your face in some mud and our journals seemed weird?
Well OK maybe they went a little off topic, in the same way as our nearest star is a little way from us.

Will try to organise a vid of the slow deadlifts. they should be useful because by definition you will be able to see form more easily. If it can be helpful it's worth doing.

One of my eyes gets way bigger than the other when I'm deadlifting, and I have a tendency to bite my lower lip. I may not be best suited to be in a photo of "studies".

I want a photo like that. My wife has told me numerous times I look less than attractive while training.

Inspired by sure posting a link to her run I found out I can do that too. Cos like I use a GPS device to and log them so it wasn't really complicated. In fact I shouldn't have needed prompting to look for it.

Above is today's run and below is my history for anyone with insomnia.

This basically shows that over the last year I have gotten slightly slower on average. Considering this dropped when my interval average started coming into play I don't really care. My standard running pace is up slightly which considering I am heavier than I was is a good sign for me.

My route isn't very challenging, as someone who grew up thinking flat was a tyre with a hole in it, the area I am now working in is very easy going.

Powerlifters hate slow movement, it goes against everything we train for. Something I love to hate.
To put into perspective how pathetic I consider this to be, I injured my back last year doing deadlifts and was doing remedial work with 70kg within a couple of months. Normally I warm up with around 100kg, so yes I feel a real wuss struggling to control 70. It's good to feel this way sometimes.
Of course I am not really counting the days until this block ends but end of this month I can be thinking of a proper session.

Tell me about it. Deadlifts shouldn't take over 10 seconds a rep, it's just not natural. Said as if deadlifting a metal bar is natural in any way.
I see the pidgin English lessons are going much well.

My system of if I pretend my legs aren't really hurting it will make it not be so is not going too well

In this instance, it's my honouring my canine heritage. Allow me to explain:
