I work full time and usually get home late. My work is basically on a computer so I hardly move around. Sometimes I do not eat and by the time I get home in the night I am might hungry. Sometimes I jog Saturdays (when I am not too tired).
Any tips on how to keep fit and loose some stomach fat under the circumstances?
