I was just ****ing around.haha I asked him to pick an existing routine from the routines sticky. The reason the routines sticky was made was because tonnes of people kept coming up with unbalanced routines and kept asking people to fix them. If you use an existing routine you save time, maximise your goals and people do not keep re-inventing the wheel.
haha. Blackbeard you seem pretty adamant about it, so I think I'll follow the stronglift 5x5 routine. I have followed it for my last 2 workouts and I gotta say I really dread the dips/pullups at the end lol. I'm not sure if I will be able to keep adding the suggested weight increase on exercises every workout but I will damn sure try...
