i keep hearing everyone say that diet is such a huge part of everything.
what i'm curious about is this. lets say i go to the gym and do my FBW 3 times a week, do cardio and continuously make steady progression with weights. I eat the amount of protein I need for my body weight but I don't eat "super-perfectly clean" does that mean I won't have good gains? I get that obviously if someone is trying to lose weight then they will have problems dropping the fat but wouldn't the muscle gains still be noticeable?
