Ok, i dont know if i am in the right forum, but i still have to ask
( and excuse my poor english. )
As you see in the title i am endomorph, and i hate it >.<.
I am 15 years old, i am 69.3 inches (176cm) tall, and i weight 162.8 lbs (73kg). (yeah i am from EU and i was using calculator to get inch and lbs XD )
From last week, i have started eating healthy ( no junk food, sweets, ice cream and stuff ) and i have been running and going to fitness ( one day running, other day fitness, and then again next day running and so on... ). And one day per week i rest.
I am wondering , if its possible for me, to get more or less atheltic shape of body, and if is there any chance to improve my workout.

I belive i have most of my fat in stomach area :confused4:
