2 Month Progress (Before/After)

That's a month and a half of lifting..im on creatine and protein at the moment.

Good job. What was your plan?

To be honest the motivation came from the opprotunity to play University Rugby. I was contacted by the rugby coach of the University that I will be attending and he suggested that I come try out for the team because I have potential, but he also hinted that it wouldn't hurt to put on some size. The plan was to put on some bulk before the tryout's, I did this by keeping to the basic's..curl's, bench, squat's, deadlift's everyday. But then eventually it became a hobby of mine, I was really enjoying the result's so I expanded my gym experience and am in there everyday now with a more organized schedual working different muscle group's instead of always the same.
 
What about your nutrition plan? How did that go for you?

We'll i've pretty much double my food intake, I eat a lot of high carb/protein foods. For example I will eat egg's, cashew's and take a protein shake for breakfast. I try to fill my body with the necessary required materials to build as much muscle as possible. So basically, i've started eating a lot more to help my body with nurtient's.

Did you find yourself having to spend a lot more money? I'm trying to get down a good nutrition plan similar to yours. One with high protein. I'm just really broke right now.

Well haha, since I am at the young age of 17 year's old I still live at home. So food price isn't really a huge problem at the moment since my family is quite wealthy.

I'm a bit of an airhead when it comes to inuendos and jokes. I dont catch on because I am so serious.

In college I was a little sister for our School's rugby team. On one night of team drink I'm sitting between the two props having a beer and Pipe up... "Hey you guys are the props, I guess that makes me the hooker" They died laughing.

I didn't get why it was so funny till years later and my husband aided my mind further into the gutter. :cool:
