To cut it short i was born with a bad metabolism... i exorcize a decent about.
I am currently 16, 6,0 and am 210 pounds... people say i only look about 175-180 pounds. I recently ran a half marathon and am always active...
I rarely eat at fast food places (subway one a week maybe less)
and i go for 5K runs ever 2 days and do light working out ever second day.
so when i run i can keep a very decent pace for the first 6M at 7 my feet start to hurt, and at the 10th mile my legs kill me... but not bad enough to stop... so basically what i am wondering what i am doing wrong? i eat like im in good health (low calorie) and exorcize allot. so why am i getting a big F-You from life by gaining so much weight? any suggestions to what i should train?
