..which has made me heavier. I guess with all the free time I have I think I have taken tooo much advantage of it. I get bored so I hit the gym..
Don't get me wrong, I'm not fit, nor am I healthy (which is my initial goal) I've just reached too high for my liking.
This is how it goes..
Since 2 weeks I have been going hardcore at the gym, we have our own personal gym at home, so I thought why not make use of the equipment? Even more, I need to lose weight fast!
I ended up doing 9 miles of elliptical training in 90 minutes plus 40 minutes of toning table. Yoga at the begining to kind of stretch out my muscles. I got amazing results at first, I lost an incredible 6 pounds..last week, THIS week I check on the scale to find that I have gone heavy! Now my body has toned up alot i feel more in control of my body and then to get the bad news. I'm pretty sure I have built alot of muscle, which must be the reason why I have become heavy. So the story is I thought cardio was supposed to burn fat and not make you build too much muscle? toning table is just to tone right so that should not be a problem? (correct me if I am wrong)..It's just that I am really confused, instead of shifting I'm building. I want to lose 2 stones in two months and I know I can do it. Healthily no matter what anybody says.
So can anyone help me here? I'm serious I need some advice.
