Im 17 years old and i need some fitness advice. i have tendinitis in my knee and wrist so i can't run and lift weights anymore. the only exercising ive done lately is walking but that is getting to be too hard on my knee. im starting to feel like im getting out of shape. at this point im willing to do whatever it takes to get and keep my body in tight shape.
i can post my diet if necessary. i understand that diet is a huge part of staying lean and cut.
what kind of exercise routine can you recommend me?
