Im always tired after work, and find it difficult putting a good shift in at the gym after work. Ive tried chopping and changing my diet and even drinking coffee/redbull before hand and it dosent make a difference. Also tried going to bed early and getting a good 8/9 hours sleep
I alaways tend to do a good turn on a Saturday or Sunday though. Any idea on how to get out of this rut.
