How important--if at all-- is it to sweat when working out?
First, let me start off by saying that I don't sweat easily.
When I first started running, my face would get red and I would break a sweat within the first few minutes.
As I have gotten stronger, it takes a whole lot for me to sweat. Is it a matter of strength or does it mean that my training sessions are not intense enough?
I used to feel that if I didn't break a good sweat I wasn't working out hard enough...is this a myth?
I know it doesn't have anything to do with water consumption as I drink water all day long.
Thanks in advance
