I have many varieties of fresh caught fish, and by far the best (to me) are:

1. Salmon
2. Trout
3. Crappie
4. Halibut

Fresh fish ROCKS!

I absolutely love Tilapia and Catfish, but ::hangs head in shame:: I have to admit, I have never tried sushi! Everyone seems to love it, I must be missing out.

Here comes the dumb question: What is sushi exactly? :eek:

Nah, never heard of it, us Brits eat all our fish deep fried, in batter and liberally coated in salt and vinegar then dunked in Ketchup. It takes that nasty fishy taste away ;)

Or you could always chop it into little fingers, coat it in bread crumbs, grill the **** out of it and put it between two slices of bread with ketchup
 
pay no attention to that glowing eye. Thats just the Strontium pollution in the water. I figure ingesting radioactive isotopes is beneficial every now and then.

Jesus Typhus thats not the way to eat fish. ketchup on fish???!!!! ugh
 
I just had grilled salmon, whole wheat cous cous and fresh spinach with sunflower seeds, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Jamaican jerk seasoning on the salmon with a little lime juice

I put ketchup on fish sticks. Doesn't everybody do that? And I put ketchup on my fish and chips, too. With salt and vinegar, too. TOTALEMENT GOURMET! :sport:

Any fresh caught fish for me. Striped bass, bluefish, sea trout, walleye, salmon, brook trout, catfish..you name it. Fish is wonderful. It has a flavor all by itself. I see people eating chicken breasts all day long...blechhh. No flavor whatsoever unless you doctor it up.
 
Don't see anyone mentioning kippers, smoked they're delicious.
