You did it!! Well done
It may look a bit like an ad for a call girlbut there looks like good development there, any chance of a ‘front-on’ shot of your quads?
Lookin great, not that it really surprises me in the end!
My goal is just to be consistent like i was a few years ago. Thats why i joined here. To meet some people that have the same intersts as me, and maybe make some friends.I am going to leave it as a personal decision between my wife and I for now, and I respect her choice. Its not a big deal.
Yep! 47 years old.
Diet and fitness has changed my life.
I wish you much success in all of your personal goals.
By the way, what are your personal goals? Did I miss where you posted this already? Can I help you with something?
Best wishes

The beauty on the outside will not outshine the beauty inside nor hide its ugliness.

I was going strong for 4 or 5 years, then for some reason i lost all motivation (maybe i was slightly depressed or something) im not real sure why. I basically did nothing for about 2 years and let all my hard work go to waste.![]()
Ive been back at it hard since the end of May and i feel so much better. Ive also started working about 5 hours a night at UPS, where i lift boxes all night. That along with some landscaping, regular weight workouts/cycling/running are getting me back in shape fast.
Sorry if that was more than u wanted to hear..lol.
I keep a log at home (i always have) and on another (boxing) forum, but im in the middle of figuring out how much is right without exhausting myself now that im doing physical labour at work. So right now im experimenting and tweaking my routine.
Ill go back and check out some of the stuff from your log when i get a chance.
Thanks.
Honestly, Chillen ... Is there no end to your muscularity?
Your body is perfectly developed. It's criminalThere oughta be a law against looking that good

Being 75 years old, just having recent quadruple heart surgery, and being 5' 3" and 200 lbs, she isn't exactly in the best physical condition.
Thanks, again, for your comments, ILM.
I plan to address some weaknesses this year, and one of them is the "width" of the back. I purchased some equipment and changed my routine just recently to address this and some other minor issues.
My wife is off today, so I am off to help my oldest son move from his apartment.
Grandma is doing better, she is just having a hard time coping with her surgery area cuts (both legs, and sternum), and getting motivated enough to perform the exercises her doctor recommended; but she has me to deal with. I have been doing the exercises with her, being comical and playful, and it seems to be working; though she moans and groans. LOL.....

I didn't have bypass surgery (I had surgery to replace my aorta), but I am told the "harvesting" of the veins in the legs to be used in the heart is more painful than the chest.
I wish her well. She can certainly use your help.
The major problem is getting her to eat (or feeling like eating), and eating what I prepare for her. She has been only consuming about 600c per day, and this is a major problem at the moment.
My nan is close to 90 now and only eats one tiny meal a day, the doctors have given her these small drinks that are like meal replacement drinks but seem to have a far higher concentration of calories. I don't know if your nan is at the point where that's needed just yet as I don't think they're the healthiest of diet options but it's worth knowing they're out there.
