So, I've recently lost a pretty good amount of weight in the past 3-4 months, gone from 275 pounds to 225 pounds. I'm currently stuck right now between 225-230 for the past few weeks. Haven't really changed that much in my daily life, just curious to know if anyone had any pointers or tips to get going again, I'm trying to hit under 200 pounds. I eat pretty healthy and go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Below is my daily diet and work out regime.
Mon - Light cardio (30 minute run) + weight lift (arms)
Tuesday - 60 minute walk
Wednesday - Light cardio/eliptical + weight lift (shoulders & back)
Thursday - Heavy cardio run 45-60 minutes
Friday - Light cardio (30 minute run) + Ab & chest work out
Saturday - Heavy cardio outdoor run or Swim
Sunday - rest
Diet
Breakfast - egg & wheat toast
Lunch - sandwich & fruit
Dinner - Salad or fish or boca burger or wrap
I snack on nuts, fruit, or pretzels in between meals, and intake plenty of water.
