Alright, I've noticed when I workout my biceps that the entire bicep would not receive a "pump". Let me explain with a diagram.
The area that is circled is that part that would get the pump. The rest of the bicep would feel as if it had not been worked out. Is this normal? Does it mean I didn't work it out? Could this problem come from my technique?
This is what I'm doing for bicep work.
Bent-over Row (6 x 12 @ 15 lbs.)
Bicep Curls (3 x 10 @ 15 lbs.)
Hammer Curls (3 x 10 @ 15 lbs.)
