I'm 19.. about 5'7 130lbs.(skinny) I've wanted to start working out for some time now and I have went to local gyms a few times, but I don't have any clue on what to do once I get there. I've looked into some home workout type things and I'd prefer something like that if it brought the same results. Are any of those home workout DVD programs worth it?
I'm looking to gain 10-15lbs of lean and toned muscle. Abs are something I want to focus a lot on. My nutrition is pretty poor.. I drink sodas and eat out a lot, so I could use some help along those lines. Maybe supplements?
