flat butt, how do i fix this???

ok I started working out three days a week, and I have lost the weight in all the wrong places. Now my butt looks funny. What equipment should I use to fix my butt problem.ha ha. It was nice and round, when I was over weight, not any more. HELP!!!

thanks for the info!!

Lunges could help as well. There are various forms of this exercise. You could do a google search on the "Lunge" and learn quite a bit.

EDIT: What is the rest of your routine look like, and your diet?

Best regards,

Chillen

chillen,
Well my diet has suffered now that I am no longer nursing. I eat a good breakfast but always seem to miss lunch try to eat a salad around 4 then have a good dinner. When I work out I start out with cardio then do some leg and arm work outs. Well I guess now that I am typing it all out I don’t have a set routine...ugh...but I have lost weight.

Hi Val,

Sounds like you should start with getting some sort of routine started. I know when my children were young, it took being organized for me to really get a grasp on my diet and my exercise. I know for everyone it is different so you'll have to find what works for you. :)

one other thing, you may want to start with any weight routine/ floor exercises/ stretching first, then do your cardio.

Cheers,
Diane

Thanks for the tip. My friend that I work out with is the one who sd that we should start out with 5mins on the tredmill then go to weight routine. She sd that she looked it up, I have no idea. I never had a weight prob till now so I am green to this, and to what equipment to use. Once again thank you very much for your help!!! =>

Your friend is right. I'm sorry if I was confusing you.

5 min on the treadmill is a good warm up for weights.

When I think cardio, I think minimum 30min-1 hr running on a treadmill.

cheers
Diane
