I'm looking forward to the day when I can push press more than 220 :D

Done it before. However, I found the other day when I tried to do 225, I couldn't budge it despite doing 225X5 about 6 weeks ago or so. Thus why I'm working backwards and moving forward...kinda' Coanish style.

...eh, not too bad. I need to up the intensity on the power curls.

Hey Evo, what are the rest periods like for the 300 thing?

Cause I know that I'd probably be closer to puking than hitting 50 reps of a friggin DL.
 
you rest when you have to. the goal is to rest as little as possible. get the entire workout done in the least time that you can. etc :p
 
300 workout sounds tough
50 DL's and 100 pull ups. wtf
