From what you are eating I imagine you will be in the 160s in no time never mind a couple of lbs... Well done on putting cake in freezer
I think I'm going to be in the 170s for a good while yet! I haven't really found my way to ingrained maintenance eating yet - it's more like a
really inept balancing act, where I wobble one side (last weekend, making myself a cake-and-icecream-and-frozen-strawberry sundae) and then frantically wobble the other way (this week, having meals of just broccoli and cauliflower, plain). Thanks for the kind words re the freezer exile of the cake.
For only about 2 weeks, Amy.
Well, that puts you nearly two weeks up on me! Chocolate and orange are a great flavour combination.

Do you mean that's the last of the chocolate
in the house? Or have you sworn off for a set time, like till Christmas? I'm only off for a month (if I make it that far).
Having that bit of feta with your veggies would make it more of a meal. Some extra protein, and fat to dissolve vitamins in.
It was your question about what I was going to have with them that prompted me to add the fetta!

Until then I was just going to have them plain. I got about five grams extra protein, going by the packet's labelling. I didn't know fat was required to make vitamins accessible - does that have to be in the same meal?
Meanwhile... I'm still holding the line, and still healing up from the burn - I look like a lizard-woman now, moulting. (Or can only birds moult?) Today's challenge, in terms of diet, will be visiting a friend and ensuring we don't eat anything sweet over our cup of tea - I think I'll take her a bag of mandarins, and we can eat them instead.
