Hey! Before you read my dairy you should know my starting weight was 242lbs and my height is 6’0 and I’m 17 years old
September 2019- I lost an average of 2 pounds a week and have been the lowest weight since I’ve weighed myself last December. 228 pounds compared to 242 pounds in December . I have also cut my calories to about 1200 calories a day and walk an average of 5 miles a day.
October 2019- I have continued my steady loss of 1-2 pounds a week on average and continued my diet. I walk 5 miles a day 5 days a week.
I am aware that weight loss is slow but i get discouraged seeing how much further I have to go to get to my target weight of 180lbs. I’m 17 and I wanna enjoy my last couple years before I have to actually become an “adult” but I also feel like I cannot enjoy it at the current weight I’m at.
I also need some advice on how to stop yourself from thinking about food and how to motivate yourself to get up and run/walk everyday.
