I am glad you can resist, but I suspect it is more you than my influence. That said I guess in this place we all support each other.Honestly there are times I feel like giving in and having a big fattening meal and you might not believe this but I actually think of your determination and strength and I know I don’t need it.

1 lb is great! I think you have a really good attitude, aiming for the stars, but reaching the trees is good. Keep doing that and the 4 lbs will be gone soon, if not in September, soon.Weight loss this week was 1 lb. am pleased but also know I won't hit my 4lb target by Monday morning . Might not even do it by official weigh in next wed but perhaps.
