new successes-- made hamburger helper
and measured it out to be 6 cups but only
ate 2
put the other 4 cups away
and
did the happy walk twice

hi im still around
just been very ill
and was in hospital for 3 nights
had emergency surgery
and a 2nd one coming up
so i havent felt like coming
online
i will try to post daily again
as i missed doing it

really want to

That sounds horrible, I'm so sorry to hear it. Glad you're with us again though. Don't worry about exercise while you're recovering, just take the best possible care of yourself.

family made pasta n sauce n meatballs
with parmesan cheese (calories unknown)

today --
cottage cheese 480
pea n ham soup 550 (it was on sale)
later--
family made sauce n meatballs (no pasta)(calories unknown)

and 12 cups of water daily
for my health condition
 
Two more very decent eating days. How are you feeling?

not too well
but after a surgeon appt.
yesterday and being advised
of some things i should not be doing
some of my family members are helping me
and one even bought me the pain meds
i couldnt buy (that had been prescribed)
and the next surgery is in 4-6 weeks
hopefully not discovering the need for 2

the number 1 thing that's wrong with eating more or better--
the weights coming on fast
 
That's odd. Unless the portion size of those homecooked meals was off by quite a bit you were eating below maintenance. Except for the bugles, of course. Any chance of it being water weight?
