Whoops! Looks like I missed my own diary yesterday. When I came in here this morning I had started typing apparently but left mid-sentence

Hello, my friends

I feel great & my stomach & brain are loving 5:2. It wouldn't be for everyone as it's not fast weight-loss, but I
feel so much lighter. I think the fasts do get easier because you do accept hunger & learn to cope with it. A stick of celery does wonders! You tell yourself you can have something
tomorrow if you really want it & then the next day comes & you don't usually want it. Also, it is flexible. If I plan a FD & I wake up really hungry then I postpone the FD.
Em- I think everyone if they were being honest, would admit they had been tempted by someone else, but I have always known that G is the one for me. I have been very lucky & he feels the same way.
He just rang & is having a lovely time. He is in a room with 2 other guys- one much older, who never stops talking & the other who is just lovely (he's one of my favourites of his golfing buddies). He was out walking, after having had breakfast & before the bus was leaving for golf, & kept telling me what birds he was seeing

He is a sweetie.
I had some veggies & an egg on oat toast for breakfast & will have a banana while I play & then some yoghurt, fruit & muesli after I finish. I think I'll have a salad for dinner tonight, with feta, & avocado & maybe tuna(or a couple of anchovies). I may not have a bubbly after golf today. I'll see.
Another hug I think for all of us-
