Thanks, Em. I think I forget just how much better I feel when I'm following a set plan. I have to get better at logging though, as it's 4.45pm & I haven't logged anything today! I'll go do that now & come straight back....
I have only had 841 cals so far, & with my exercise today I could have another 787.

I'm actually fairly hungry, after my 500 cal. "fast" yesterday. This not having any wine is going to make a big difference, especially with keeping under my calorie allowance.
I have made up a lunch for tomorrow's golf game & so far it's only 382 cals, which won't be enough. It comprises-
raw celery sticks, raw carrot sticks, snow peas, some Lebanese cucumber, 4 cherry tomatoes & 80g light hummus, plus 1 banana & a Gatorade that I mix myself with powder. Perhaps I'll add some GF crackers as well and/or some fresh fruit. Hmmm. Yum! Nope- just a nectarine (total 426).
I really stocked up today on lots of fresh fruit & veg. It's the season for great fruit, grown locally- raspberries, strawberries, nectarines......
It's the 1st day back with the women tomorrow, after a 2 week break. I'm going to make sure I enjoy myself this year!
