I posted in the Club forum a thread called The Zero Sugar Club. Basically that is where I intend to post a log of my daily weight and what I ate that day.
I have a goal of losing 30 pounds by April 1, 2018. I think the hardest thing about this is just making choices. When I get real busy I tend to not make good food choices...which is one reason I gained 30 lbs.
I know for some of you here 30 lbs doesn't seem to be a lot....but to me it is...I'm sick of it. I just am not going to be fat anymore! I didn't gain it all in a day...and I won't lose it all in a day...I know that..I'm just at a point where I have to do something!
My Master in Taekwondo told me that if a plan isn't written down...it really isn't a plan. He was very correct. So, that is one reason I joined this forum...to articulate a written plan...where I can get other peoples input.
Feel free to join me on my Zero Sugar Adventure....I'm pretty excited about it actually.
And...I'm going to start going to the gym...I have a membership with a good one...I just stopped going awhile back. And stretching! Stretching is so good for you. Yeah, I'm excited. I made a decision! And I'm going to live it!
